The Loss of a Diva

Wenche Foss passed away today, after arguably one of the most celebrated life's a Norwegian celebrity has ever had. A classical diva and a woman that still reminds me of my grandmother, we wish her a safe passage into the next life.

The queen is dead. Long live the queen.

So Here's the Story From A to

Because of some technical difficulties this post is coming, well, late. Or early. Whatever. There are many stories still to tell and quite a few poems as well. Not all will be heard, not all will be spoken, for some of the tales belong in hell.

Anyways, there will be more structure to this in the coming days, and I might even post a paper. Lucky you.

I Got You

There is something different this time around, but I'm not quite sure what it is. Might be the lack of discipline needed or the longevity. Regardless of it all, it has been wonderful, but I can't wait to get back to practice and beat up on my pads.

Sarkozy is getting his ball on with this whole Libya thing. Huge political power play for him. Expect France to take control if and when there are ground troops deployed. Yemen is going to shit, same as Syria. Pretty exciting stuff for us political scientists, although you're not supposed to say that cause of all the violence. US presence is gonna remain strictly naval, France and Italy perhaps will be the main forces should it come to a deployment. Fun fact: one Tomahawk missile costs $1 million.
